Remember With Rosemary

It's a great antioxidant, an adaptogen, has antiseptic properties, decreases inflammation within the body, and supports cardiovascular functions.

My favorite part about this plant is that is actually contains compounds that prevent the breakdown of acetylcholine ( a neurotransmitter that is responsible for  forming memories) and it also improves circulation within the brain.

Rosemary infusions can be used for:

  • Improving memory

  • Increasing circulation

  • Relieving menstrual cramps

  • Aiding in digestion

  • Eliminating yeast infections

  • Improving rheumatic disorders

  • Fighting viruses

...and of course all the wonderful ways we can cook using this herb.  My favorite is rosemary lemonade!
