Never Get Car Sick With Ginger

Ginger has been on the top of my mind this weekend because I'm planning to go on a road trip with my best friend, but I always get car sick long the way.   I don't want our version of Thelma and Louise to be spoiled by me, so I have packed my special remedy... slices of fresh ginger!  

I simply cut small slices of fresh ginger and pack about 20 slices to take every 1/2 hour to hour along the way.

Ginger is also great for:

  • Morning sickness

  • Digestive upsets

  • Gas & bloating

  • Improves nutrient absorption

  • Helps to clear congestion
