Irritating Insomnia: Acupressure Technique

Is your schedule go, go, go and then hit the pillow?  

Are you still checking your inbox at 10pm?  

We all pretty much know what to do when it comes to better sleep habits but actually doing them is entirely another story!

So I'm going to show a point on your body to help get you into the flow of relaxation earlier in the evening.

  B62 and K6 are the points you need to know.

K6 is located on the inside of the heel below your inner anklebone is called Joyful Sleep.

DIY: Just hold this ankle acupressure point while taking deep breaths for a few minutes before you go to bed.

B 62 is located on the outside of your heel, below your outer anklebone and is called Calm Sleep. Pressing these ankle points together by placing your thumb on one side and your fingertips on the other side of your ankle, will throw you into a deep relaxation so get ready for awesome ZZZZZs.
