Green Tea, Blueberry, Banana Fusion
3 Tbsp water
Green tea bag
2 tsp honey
1 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 medium banana
3/4 cup almond milk
Pineapple Passion Smoothie
1 cup greek yogurt
6 ice cubes
1 cup pineapple
1/4 cup kale
1/4 cup strawberries
Green Elvis Smoothie
I scoop of whey protein
1/2 banana
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1 1/4 coconut milk
1 Tbsp chia seeds (soak overnight)
