Lovely Lemon Balm: ease anxiety and improve cognitive function

Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is abundant around the Pacific Northwest right now.

This calming plant is a member of the mint family and has been used back as far as the Middle ages to promote sleep and ease anxiety.
