Face Food: How To Use Your Kitchen Like A Spa

Vitamin C Rich Kiwi & Papaya Mask

Mash 1 kiwi with 1/2 of a papaya then add 2 tbsp of honey.  This blend is rich in vitamin C and gives your skin an amazing glow after 30 minutes.

Soothing Avocado Mask

Mix 1 ripe avocado with 1 tbsp honey into a paste.  Apply liberally to the face for 20 minutes and wash!

Calming Banana & Coconut Mask

Blend one banana with 2 tbsp's of coconut oil, Mix thoroughly and apply to skin.  Leave on for 15-20 minutes and wipe off... leaving the residue to absorb into your skin for extra moisture.

Skin Brightening Carrot Mask

Juice one carrot, add a hint of lemon, and mix with 1/4th cup almond milk.  Loaded with vitamin A while helping to brighten skin.  Leave on for 10 minutes and rinse.
