This introduction captured my work and creative interests at the time. I like keeping it here as a portrait of that chapter, with the roles and descriptions belonging to the original publication date.
What stands out in the historical framing is the combination of curiosity and presentation. Food and wellness were approached as part of a lived aesthetic—something to photograph, share, and discuss—rather than as subjects isolated from the rest of life.
