Don't get me wrong, coffee has it's benefits BUT drinking coffee before rehydrating can actually make you feel more exhausted!
Did you know that while you're sleeping for 7-9 hours your body actually loses about 2% of it's fluids.
So if you're a die hard coffee fan just make sure that you drink a glass or two of water while the coffee is brewing to feel amazing and refreshed.
Feel even more refreshed by opening the curtains in the morning to balance out your sleep/wake cycle by letting the sunlight in.
