My evening ritual involves taking a bath every night before I go to bed. Bathing relaxes muscles, stimulates circulation, decreases stress, detoxifies, improves immune function, and supports lymphatic drainage.
Here are some of my favorite flower combinations for blissful bathing:
Calendula & Lavender Flowers:
Add 1 cup of calendula flowers and 1 cup of lavender flowers into a warm bath.
The calendula flowers will soothe the skin while the lavender induce relaxation.
Let the flowers mix with the water for 5 minutes before getting into the water.(to make clean up easier you can put the flowers into mesh bags)
Rose & Chamomile Flowers:
Add 1 cup of Rose petals and 1 cup of Chamomile flowers into a warm bath.
The rose petals will tone the skin and the chamomile flowers will soothe the skin while supporting cell rejuvenation.
Let the flowers mix with the water for 5 minutes before getting into the water.
