There are so many great foods to support brain health and improve memory
Walnuts
take a look at these nuts... what do they look like?
Based on the doctrine of signatures (The idea is that a plant that looks like the disease, organ, or person it will heal) walnuts are awesome for brain health. Walnuts are also loaded with omega 3's.
Blueberries
aka "brainberries" protect the brain from oxidative stress and may even reduce the effects of dementia.
Salmon
and other deep-water fish are rich in omega 3 essential fatty acids which support brain function and decrease inflammation. Try to eat 2-3 servings per week.
Dark leafy greens
such as kale, collard greens, spinach, and broccoli are good sources of vitamin E and folate. Folate may protect the brain by lowering levels of homocysteine in the blood. High levels of homocysteine may trigger the death of nerve cells in the brain, but folic acid helps break down homocysteine levels.
