Making medicinal popsicles is an easy and fun way to make the medicine to go down!
Try the immune boosting berry blast
What you need:
A BPA-free popsicle tray
1 cup of organic blueberries
1 cup of organic raspberries
3 cups of blueberry juice (I use the Just Blueberry)
1oz of Echinacea glycerite (which contains no alcohol and adds a sweet flavor)
Directions
Blend the blueberry juice with the blueberries and raspberries.
Add one dropperful (30 drops) of echinacea glycerite for each popsicle and blend again
Pour mixture into tray and freeze.
