I'm a huge fan of setting aside time in the morning to set aside intention for what I want to create for that day. Did you know that some of the most successful people in the world had very specific morning rituals? Beethoven woke up every morning at dawn, counted out exactly 60 coffee beans to brew his morning coffee and worked until 2pm. Benjamin Franklin wrote naked for one hour every morning to refresh his mind with the cold air.

Prepare The Environment: open up the windows and breathe the fresh morning air
Blend The Perfect Smoothie: add protein like spirulina, throw in some avocados for the great oils, and mix it up with powerful antioxidants.
Write Down One Thing That Will Get You Closer To Your Passion: live with intention and schedule time for your personal passions

End With Cold: Take a nice warm shower and then turn it to cold for a couple of seconds right at the end. This will have you feeling invigorated for the day! I do this one every morning
