Preparation:
The root of kava kava should be used and ground up into a powder. Add 1tsp of powder to a mesh strainer and gently massage the mesh strainer for 2 minutes in 1 cup cold water (this is to get out all the kavalactones). Feel free to add milk, chai, or anything else to give it added taste. Drink up!
