STRAWBERRIES
Strawberries are rich in alpha-hydroxy acids which helps to slough off dead skin cells giving the skin a beautiful glow. They also contain salicylic acid which can help acne-prone skin while toning and smoothing the skin. Simply cut the strawberry in half, rub in on the face and rinse!
KIWIS
Kiwis contain large amounts of vitamin C which is essential for collagen building while also containing vitamin E for optimal skin smoothing and moisture. This wonderful fruit is loaded with antioxidants. You can even use the peel of the fruit which contains enzymes that support exfoliation. Peel the kiwi fruit and scrub the skin with the inside of the peel to attain smooth and flawless skin.
BANANAS
Bananas are rich in vitamins and antioxidants which soothe the skin while gently exfoliating it. Simply mash a banana and apply directly to the skin, leave on for 1 minutes and wash off. The banana peel also contains properties that help to soothe irritated skin. rub the banana peel over the skin and leave the remnants on the skin for 15 minutes then wash off.
